Secretary to Director

Jobs Description:
  • To be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the administration of the Division, assisting the Director.
  • To ensure that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled
  • To responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical service to the Director
  • To record and transcribe minutes of meetings
  • To draft routine or simple correspondence for the Director as assigned
  • To type correspondence, memorandums, circulars, reports etc
  • To open/dispatch mail relative to the division
  • To maintain office supplies
  • To perform special duties in relation with the division when requested
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or secretarial college
  • At least 2 years experience working as secretary or equivalent
  • Possess interpersonal skills and able to work with others.
  • Ability to represent the hotel in community relations programs.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English. Ability to translate English to Thai and vice versa.
