Bartender Jobs Description:

• Responsible for preparing and serves beverages in all bar outlets according to standard recipes, with excellent quality and high level of accuracy and urgency.
• Possesses working knowledge of wine, cocktail mixing and all beverages.
• May be assigned to perform duties of Room Service or Banquet when needed.
• Completes daily beverage inventory journal, bar opening and closing stock and initiates requisitions in accordance to the established par stock.

Qualifications:

• University or high school preferable
• Smart, good looking, well groomed and healthy
• Knowledge of bar service ( Beverages, Cocktails)
• Basic English
